PTC staff members can also ride for free.

PINELLAS COUNTY – Pinellas Technical College (PTC) and the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) have agreed to allow PTC students or staff members who are able to show their campus ID can ride a PSTA bus for free.

The new program could benefit more than 3,000 PTC students attending classes in St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

“I want to thank our valued partner PSTA for making this possible,” said Mark Hunt, executive director of career technical and adult education for Pinellas County Schools. “Access to transportation is essential to our students who are working hard to graduate and embark on successful careers.”
