The Pinellas Park police explorers are sponsoring the fifth annual Bark in the Park pet expo on Saturday (May 2).

PINELLAS PARK – The fifth annual Bark in the Park expo is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (May 2) at Freedom Lake Park, 9990 46th St. N. (Rain date is May 16.)  This free event offers something for all of your pets. Pet adoptions, pet-related vendors, K-9 demonstration, plus rescues and crafters. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be available for purchase. The Bark In The Park pet expo is sponsored by the Pinellas Park Police Explorers, the Pinellas Park Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association and the Pinellas Park parks division. Proceeds from the event will go to the Pinellas Park K-9 Unit, Police Dog Medical Fund and related items. Remember that rescue dogs are the best dogs. Don’t shop -adopt!
