Pinellas County Offices to Close Monday

The closure of many county offices Monday (Feb. 20) will allow for in-service training.

PINELLAS COUNTY – Many Pinellas County government offices will be closed Monday (Feb. 20) for training.

Please see below for additional details about related departments and other agencies:

The Solid Waste Administration Building and HEC3 facility will be closed. The scalehouse/landfill will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Property Appraiser’s offices and Tax Collector’s offices will be closed.

All three Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections offices will be closed.

All Pinellas County Veterans Services and Human Services offices will be closed, but the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County will be open.

County parks and preserves and the Florida Botanical Gardens will be open. Boat ramps and beach access areas will also be open, though annual beach and boat ramp parking permits will not be available for sale, as the administrative offices of Parks and Conservation Resources will be closed.

The courts of the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Pinellas and Pasco counties) will be in session with normal operating hours.

The Clerk of the Circuit Court office locations will be open normal business hours.

Pinellas County facilities will resume regular hours of operation on Tuesday (Feb. 21).
