Palm Harbor Recycling Site Closes Today

The closure is temporary to allow the drop-off center to be expanded.

PALM HARBOR – The Pinellas County recycling drop-off center located at John Chesnut Sr. Park in Palm Harbor will temporarily close starting today (Nov. 16) for a site expansion project. The estimated completion date is approximately six to eight weeks. 

During the closure, residents can visit one of the following nearby recycling center locations:

  • Brooker Creek Education Center, 3940 Keystone Road, Tarpon Springs
  • East Lake Community Library, 4125 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor
  • Safety Harbor Fire Department, 3095 McMullen Booth Road, Safety Harbor

The recycling drop-off center at East Lake Community Library at 4125 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor will permanently close during 2016.
