Pinellas County is looking for members for a newly formed advisory committee for the unincorporated Lealman area.

LEALMAN – Applications are now being accepted for nine appointments to the newly formed citizen advisory committee for the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area.

The committee will advise the Community Redevelopment Agency for the Lealman CRA about the development of the community redevelopment plan, any proposed amendments to that plan, and on issues and policies within the Lealman CRA. The committee will have nine members who are appointed by the Pinellas County Commission.  Applicants must be residents, business and/or property owners or other stakeholders from within the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area. The committee is scheduled to begin meeting monthly in October.

Applications must be received no later than the close of business on Aug. 12. The County Commission plan to review applications and make selections at the Sept. 10 meeting.
