A trick-or-treat trail, music, games and other activities are on the agenda.

LARGO – Plan on a good time at this year’s Halloween Spooktacular event held at Largo Central Park, 101 Central Park Drive. This widely popular, family-friendly event takes place from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 24)  and includes activities and games for kids 14 and younger.

Join thousands of families as they walk the free trick-or-treat trail (noon to 4 p.m.) and enjoy games, music, concessions and much more. The trick-or-treat trail is for ages 12 and under. Bounce houses, hay maze, pumpkin patch, spooky train ride, petting zoo and and toddler zone are just a few of the activities that make this a great event for the whole family.

Event wristbands are on sale now. They can be purchased at all Largo recreation facilities. Wristbands are required for all inflatables, games and activities. Cost is $7 in advance and $10 the day of the event. Children must meet height requirements for bounce houses and rides.

Limited on-site parking will be available for $5. Parking at Everest University, 1199 E Bay Drive, will be $5. Free parking is available at Largo Middle School, 155 Eighth Ave. SE. For information, call (727)587-6740,  ext.5014, or go to largo.com.
