Largo Drops Recreation Prices for Those Who Don’t Live in the City

Recreation | Fitness | Exercise

Largo is dropping the 25 percent surcharge for those who live outside the city.

LARGO -This city’s recreation, parks and arts department has reduced prices to non-Largo residents, so they can use fitness rooms and take part in classes and activities for the same low price as city residents. The 25 percent non-resident surcharge fee has been dropped for all programs except camps. Nonresident members will now pay the same fees as residents. Member perks include select free fitness classes, free game room access, free youth sports clinics, free indoor walking track use and free select educational and enrichment classes. One great benefit to members is unlimited access to fitness rooms at any of our three recreation facilities for just $99 a year. Annual recreation membership prices remain the same – $10 for residents and $39 for non-residents. Non-residents can also purchase a six-month membership for $24 which is valid at all three recreation facilities.
