Penny for Pinellas Is Focus of North County Neighborhood Discussion

pennylogo

The discussion will center on projects that are important to north Pinellas communities.

NORTH PINELLAS – What types of capital projects should the county commission consider for the residents of the unincorporated areas of north Pinellas – Palm Harbor, East Lake, Crystal Beach and Ozona? Every year the county updates the priorities for the projects they will fund with the Penney for Pinellas funds. It is important that the projects important to your communities are heard by the commissioners. Bring your ideas for projects to a meeting of the Council of North County Neighborhoods. They plan to review some of the past years’ projects that have benefited north county residents. They also plan to compile and discuss a list of ideas and then prioritize them for submission to the county. The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday (June 20) at the East Lake Library, 4125 East Lake Road, Palm Harbor.
