PASCO COUNTY – A Zephyrhills man died about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday (July 21) when he was struck while walking in the inside-center portion of the inside lane of northbound U.S. 301 north of Callaway Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said Herschek Jeekubg, 60, of Zephyrhills, died from the injuries received when he was hit by a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Kevin Juergens, 26, of Dade City. No charges have been filed.
