Among the events is the Ride 4 the Animals cycling event.

DUNEDIN – The 10th Annual Mutt Madness sponsored by the Suncoast Animal League is scheduled for Saturday (March 12).

The dog-friendly fundraising event includes Dancing with the Paws, Fido Idol, dog adoptions, a pet-owner lookalike contest, and the Ride 4 the Animals cycling event. The cycling event gives cyclists a choice of three rides – the 12 mile Sheltie; the 31 mile Labrador; and the 62 mile metric century Mastiff. All events are at Highlander Park, 903 Michigan Blvd. All three rides begin and end at Highlander Park. Admission to Mutt Madness is free. Parking is $5. Mutt Madness runs from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-site registration for the cycling events start at 7:15 a.m.
