This is the 16th year for the 10-day cultural event to promote diversity and cultural sensitivity.

This ten-day celebration includes a music fest, live entertainment, exciting cultural events, relevant health tutorials, business advising seminars, renowned speakers, food vendors, craft vendors, a music fest with national recording artists and more. Tampa Bay’s annual family-friendly festival commemorates the many contributions and influences African Americans and the African Diaspora have made in our society. The events, which run from Thursday (Jan. 14) through Jan. 23 at various venues around Tampa. Related events such as a jazz and gospel fest, legacy luncheon and heritage banquet are held in February.
