Driver Crashes into Side of Pinellas Park House

Pinellas Park police say the man became ill while driving.

PINELLAS PARK – A man who became ill while driving late Tuesday (May 10) afternoon hit a parked car and a house.

Pinellas Park police did not release the man’s name. He was taken to the hospital.

Police say the man was driving a four-door Mazda north on 94th Avenue N about 5: 23 p.m. when he became ill. He crossed over the eastbound lanes, then across the driveway of a house where he hit a parked car. The Mazda continued into a neighboring yard where it struck the side of a house at 5030 94th Ave. N. No one else was injured and no charges are expected. A Pinellas Park building inspector was called to the house to check for structural damage.
