CLEARWATER – City council members are scheduled to hear updates on the Imagine Clearwater and other development projects during their workshop this morning (June 17).

Tune in at 9 a.m.to listen to Michael Delk, the city’s interim assistant city manager, present several updates on the Imagine Clearwater initiative and other projects of impact for greater Downtown Clearwater.

Delk is scheduled to update the City Council on several points:

•  Enhancements to the Clearwater Main Library with an upgraded Coachman Park
•  Feasibility to lighting the Memorial Causeway Bridge
•  Update on Coachman Park project phasing, including update of economic analysis, and the preparation of bluff sites for marketing for proposals consistent with the Imagine Clearwater plan
•  Discuss status of Adaptive Reuse Effort to acquire services of architect for Old Fire Station 45, the former City Hall building and the North Ward School
