He served on the Palm Harbor Fire Commission for 24 years.

PALM HARBOR – Joseph Petrillo, long-time Palm Harbor Fire commissioner, has died.

His passing was announced this morning (May 24) by Palm Harbor Fire Rescue:

“Commissioner Petrillo served on the PHFR Board of Fire Commissioners for nearly 24 years and was a friend to us all. He was a strong advocate of this department and its members throughout the community and state.

“His presence here at PHFR will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his beloved wife, children and grandchildren.”
