Tampa police are investigating the teen’s murder.

TAMPA – Police here are investigating a Monday night shooting that claimed the life of an 18-year-old man, according to the Tampa Police Department.

Tesean D. Blue, 18, of Tampa, died at Tampa General Hospital.

Police officers were dispatched about 8:35 p.m. to a report of “shots heard” in the area of N Brooks Street and E Annie Street. When they arrived on scene, they found Mr. Blue, who had been shot. Officers immediately began performing first aid until they were relieved by Tampa Fire Rescue personnel. Mr. Blue was then taken to Tampa Genera.
