One of the girls was 11 years old at the time of the incident, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said. The other girl is the first victim’s 18-year-old sister.

ST. PETERSBURG – Deputies have accused a St Petersburg man of sexual battery on an 11-year-old girl and her 18-year-old sister, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.

Andrae Orian Prince, 33, of St. Petersburg, was charged with one count each of capital sexual battery and sexual battery.

The investigation began Thursday (Sept. 29) after the 11-year old girl told an adult at her school of inappropriate sexual activity. Deputies went to the school and notified the mother who was unaware of the reported incidents.

The 11 year old told deputies that Prince, who is known and in a position of custodial care, forced the child to have inappropriate sexual activity with him. The child said the last date a sex act occurred with Prince was Sept. 9. The abuse began during the 2018 calendar year, deputies said.

During the investigation, the child’s 18-year-old sister told deputies she, too, had been molested. She told deputies that on Wednesday (Sept. 19), Prince forced her to have sexual intercourse with him.

Sheriff’s detectives said they were able to confirm that inappropriate sexual activity had happened more than one time.

Detectives said they interviewed Prince on Thursday (Sept. 20). He denied the allegations of inappropriate sexual activity on the 11 year old, but admitted having inappropriate sexual activity with the 18 year old.
