ST. PETERSBURG – After a month-long investigation, detectives have  arrested a St. Petersburg man and charged him with multiple counts of possession of child pornography, the St. Petersburg Police Department said.

Daniel Bolino, 57, is charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography. That could change, police said, because the investigation is continuing.

Police said that by working with the Largo Police Department through the regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, investigators found numerous graphic images of girls, ages 5-14 years of age, performing various sexual acts.

None of the girls is believed to be from the Tampa Bay region. Police said they are known files that have been investigated or are in the judicial process.
