A woman died and four other people were seriously injured in the June 3 crash on U.S. 41 in Pasco County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

PASCO COUNTY – A St. Petersburg man was arrested Tuesday (July 2) in connection with the death of a woman in a traffic crash on U.S. 41 in Pasco County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Ryan James Manley, 27, of St. Petersburg, was charged with one count of DUI manslaughter, three counts of DUI serious injury, two counts of DUI property damage, and felony violation of probation for controlled substances from Manatee County.

Manley was arrested in connection with the June 3 death of Shaita Guillory, 30, of Citrus Springs, who died at the scene of the U.S. 41 crash. Her passengers, Terrolyn Guillory, 9, and Leighton Guillory, 7, also of Citrus Springs, were seriously injured. Manley and his passenger, Christopher Reilly, 27, of Philadelphia, PA, were also seriously injured.

Troopers said Manley had been drinking before driving on the morning of June 3. They said Manley was driving a 2018 Hyundai Accent north on U.S. 41 approaching Fontaine Avenue in Pasco County when he drifted into the southbound lane and hit the 2002 Saturn SC2 that Ms. Guillory was driving head on.
