He admitted contacting a 14-yeear-old girl to ask her have sexual relations with him, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said.

HERNANDO COUNTY – A Spring Hill man is accused of sending nude photographs of himself to a 14year-old girl and telling her he wanted to perform sexual acts on her and other girls in her school, according to the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office.

Jordan Deandre Jamar Waters, 20, of Spring Hill, was charged with one count each of computer pornography and child exploitation, traveling to meet a minor, attempted lewd and lascivious conduct, transmission of harmful materials to minor by electronic device, and unlawful use of two-way device. Waters is currently on probation for similar offenses, deputies said.

Hernando deputies received a complaint on Monday (Jan. 29) about a man who was sending nude photographs of himself to a 14-year-old girl. While sending the photos, the man also indicated that he wanted to perform various sexual acts on the teen and on others in her school. During one of the conversations, the man said he would stand outside the teen’s school (Explorer K-8) and watch the children when they are dismissed because he lives very close by.

During the investigation, deputies found that other 14-year-old girls were being contacted by the man using social media. It was determined that the man had been contacting, or attempting to contact, the girls for about two weeks.

During an interview with the first girl, deputies learned that a man named “Jordan” began sending nude photos and videos of himself performing sexual acts on himself to her on SnapChat. Jordan requested the teen send nude photos of herself to him; she refused. Jordan also requested that the victim skip school and meet him at a local park to engage in sexual relations; again, she refused.

Also during the conversations, the girl told Jordan that she was only 14 years old. Deputies said he acknowledged that, but said he “did not care how old she was.” He told her that he was 20 years old.

With permission from the girl’s parents, deputies took the teen’s cell phone as evidence.

Deputies said they identified “Jordan” as Jordan Waters of Keysville Avenue in Spring Hill.

On Tuesday (Jan. 31), deputies, posing as a 14-year-old girl, contacted Jordan. They asked Jordan to meet at a local park to have sexual relations (with a 14-year-old girl). Jordon accepted the offer.

Waters arrived at the park o the Bus. When Waters entered the park, deputies took him into custody without incident. While being interviewed at the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office, deputies said, Waters admitted to contacting the juveniles to request sexual relations.
