The doctor is accused of inappropriately touching a teen girl who worked for him, Hernando deputies said.

SPRING HILL – A Spring Hill doctor has been accused of inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl who worked part time for him, according to the Hernando Sheriff’s Office.

Dr. Jacques Aristilde, 51, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was ordered to wear a GPS monitor upon posting bond, sheriff’s officials said.

Deputies said they were called by the parents of a 15-year-old girl on May 5. The parents said their daughter was touched inappropriately by a local doctor. The teen works for the doctor part-time
after school.

The teen told deputies that she had worked filing papers and occasionally making calls for Aristilde since the start of the school year. Deputies said the teen told them her encounters with Aristilde started off with his joking and occasionally massaging her shoulders. On one occasion, she told deputies that she came in wearing a dress and Aristilde grabbed her by the waist and extended her dress from her body. She also told detectives that during a May 3 encounter Aristilde touched her buttocks with an open hand; however, she was uncertain if it was intentional so she did not tell anyone about the incident.

The next day at work the teen mentioned possibly having tendinitis in her elbow. Deputies said  she told them Aristilde proceeded to touch and feel the upper part of her arms. She said the physical contact was unwanted. During a separate encounter, she told deputies the doctor squeezed her thigh during a conversation they were having about weight loss. A short time later, she said, Aristilde approached her again and this time grabbed her buttocks with his hand and squeezed for an extended period of time.

The teen told deputies she was upset after the incident, and while she did not report it to her co-workers, she did tell her parents when she arrived home.

Deputies said they confronted Aristilde about the incidents on May 26. They said Aristilde apologized for touching the girl’s arms and grabbing her buttocks. He acknowledged his actions were inappropriate and took the blame for making the girl feel uncomfortable. He told deputies he would not be so “touchy, touchy” in the future.
