Victoria Coleman | Pasco Sheriff | Arrests

She tried to grab the Taser when deputies started to search her, according to Pasco sheriff’s deputies.

PASCO COUNTY – A Tampa woman is accused of trying to grab a deputy’s Taser while she was being searched for cocaine, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said.

Victoria Ann Coleman, 32, also known as Victoria Ann Saunders, of Tampa, was charged with one count each of battery on a law enforcement officer and possession of cocaine.

Pasco deputies said Coleman called them Tuesday (Nov. 13) to a parking lot on Monarch Drive in Port Richey to turn herself in. Deputies said she told them she’d been selling cocaine and still had some in her bra.

Coleman consented to a search, deputies said, but when one deputy began to do so, she lunged and grabbed at one of the deputy’s Tasers. They arrested her and found she had in her bra a black baggie containing a powder. The powder tested positive for cocaine.
