Hillsborough deputies said he shot the woman multiple times as she tried to leave his home.

RIVERVIEW – A man was arrested in connection with Sunday’s (March 31) shooting death of a woman at a home in Riverview, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.

DeAndre Maurice Hill, 35, of Riverview, was charged with one count each of f Pre-meditated First-Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Deputies said Hill got into a verbal argument with a woman outside his residence located in the 10000 block of Avian Forrest Drive just before 9 p.m. Sunday. During the argument, Hill shot the woman multiple times as she tried to leave the residence in her vehicle. The woman died from her injuries.

A witness identified the shooter as Hill, allowing deputies to find and arrest him.
