He admitted touching the girls’ clothed buttocks, Pasco deputies said.

PORT RICHEY – A 66-year-old Port Richey man was arrested in connection with accusations that he molested two girls over the past couple of years, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said.

Willliam Fries Turney, 66, of Port Richey, was charged with lewd, lascivious molestation/fondling of a victim younger than 12 years of age.

Deputies said they were told of the molestation by the two girls, ages 9 and 10. One girl told deputies that Turney had, over the past couple of years, touched her buttocks and chest, both on top of and underneath her clothing, against her will. The other girl told deputies that Turney had touched her buttocks, chest and vagina, both on top of and underneath her clothing.

When deputies interview Turney, they said he “openly admitted” that, while scratching the girls’ backs, his hands would drift to their covered buttocks where he would continue scratching and rubbing them. Turney also admitted that he would have “sexual thoughts” while doing this. The combination of the thoughts and actions would bring him “pleasure,” he told deputies.
