PLANT CITY – A high school student has been accused of having a loaded Glock pistol in his backpack, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.

He tried to run away but was later caught. He was arrested and charged after school officials performed an administrative search of his back pack and discovered a Glock Model 22 with 11 bullets and scales.
