The incidents happened at an in-home day care owned by the teen’s mother, Pasco sheriff’s deputies said.

PASCO COUNTY – Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a teen and accused him of forcing a toddler to perform oral sex on him.

Lucius Isaiah Gibson IV, 16, of 1538 Amaryllis Court in Trinity/New Port Richey, was charged with sexual battery on a 3-year-old child.

Deputies said the incidents happened at Gibson’s home where his mother runs an in-home day care. Deputies said the toddler told them that the incidents happened during nap time when there was no adult supervision.

The child told a deputy and an interviewer from the Pasco Kids First Child Protection Team that Gibson placed his penis in her mouth and put her hands on his penis while it was in her mouth. Deputies said the child said she choked on the penis when this happened. The child told officials it happened more than once.

Deputies said Gibson admitted unintentionally exposing himself in front of the children but denied the rest.
