Palm Harbor Man Accused of Molesting Girl, 12

He was arrested in Oregon, where he was working, and was brought back to Pinellas County, sheriff’s deputies said.

PINELLAS COUNTY – A Palm Harbor man is accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl, Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies said.

Terrence M. Rosenow, 46, of Palm Harbor, was charged with four counts of lewd or lascivious battery and one count of lewd or lascivious molestation of a minor.

The investigation began Feb. 12 the girl’s parent found sexually explicit messages on the child’s computer device. The child told deputies that she had inappropriate sexual activity with Rosenow on multiple occasions between Jan. 19 and Jan. 25. Deputies said that the child was known to Rosenow. Deputies said they were able to corroborate the girl’s allegations.

At about 2 p.m. Feb.23, Rosenow was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office in Canby, OR, where he was working. Rosenow was extradited back to Pinellas County and was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on March 9
