The murder charge arose after deputies on Nov. 1 found a body in a burned car off of Baillies Bluff Road near Key Vista Nature Park in  Holiday. The name, gender and other information about the deceased has not been released.

Details tying him to the murder were not available.

Deputies said that, during their investigation, they went to an address in Port Richey where his mother lives. When they arrived, deputies said they found Psilakis driving a stolen vehicle. A stolen 9mm handgun was found inside the vehicle.

When deputies tried to take him into custody, he fought them, resulting in the battery and resisting arrest charges. After he was in handcuffs, deputies said he tried to run, resulting in the escape charge.
