Hillsborough Sheriff Investigates Kidnapping

The suspect and victim are husband and wife, according to the Hillsborough Sheriff’s Office.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY – Deputies here say they are searching for a woman who appears to have been kidnapped Saturday (March 11) night.

Alisa Summers, 37, of 1412 Dew Bloom Road in Valrico, who is separated from her husband, Trevor Steven Summers, 39, of 11737 Newberry Grove Loop in Riverview. Deputies say they have injunctions against each other. Deputies said she went to her husband’s residence to talk about their marriage and has not returned home.

Deputies said they also received a report from a witness that he saw a woman screaming for help at about 9:05 p.m. at 5605 Fishhawk Crossing Blvd. The witness told deputies the woman appeared to have her hands tied behind her back. He saw a man force the woman into a dark blue Saturn Outlook, with tag number GLH M32. The registered owner of the vehicle is Alisa Summers, deputies said.
