PASCO COUNTY – A Holiday man was arrested Saturday (June 24) after a hit and run crash, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Robert Clark Hart, 45, of Holiday, was charged with one count each of leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, driving with a suspended license and violation of probation. Hart suffered minor injuries in the crash.

The other driver, David Davis, 54, also of Holiday, was not injured.

The crash happened about 6:12 p.m. Friday (June 23) at U.S. 19 and Manor Drive. Hart was driving a 2001 Dodge Caravan south on U.S. 19 when he turned left into the path of a 1999 Mercedes that Davis was driving north on U.S. 19, troopers said.

The two vehicles collided, leaving Davis’ car disabled. Troopers said Hart drove away in the Dodge. They found him at his home in Holiday using information that Davis supplied.
