The victim is 15 years old, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.

DUNEDIN – Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies have accused a Dunedin man of having sexual activity with a 15 year old.

Jeremy E. Anthony, 32, of 1599 Amberlea Drive S in Dunedin, was charged with one count each of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation, deputies said. The incidents happened on Aug. 1 and Tuesday (Dec. 13).

Deputies said the teenager, whose name is being withheld, was in Anthony’s care when he engaged her in sexual activity on at least two different occasions. The teen told an adult about the incidents. The adult reported them to the sheriff’s office Tuesday (Dec. 13).
