Child Ministry Director Accused of Touching 14-Year-Old Girl
The incidents happened on church property, according to the Largo Police Department.
LARGO – The director of child ministry at Anona United Methodist Church has been accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl, the Largo Police Department said.
Domenic Victor Bisesti, 31, of Largo, was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
Police said Bisesti touched the girl on the buttocks over her clothing during a church function and on church property, 13233 Indian Rocks Road, on several occasions during the past several months. After realizing these contacts were not accidental, the girl said she asked him to stop but he continued with this behavior.
The girl told her mother and the incident was reported to police. After talking with the girl and Bisesti, and collecting information from her cell phone, police said, they arrested Bisesti.
The church was notified of the arrest. Officers said it is unclear if there are any other victims.
