Three Accused in Drug Trafficking, Hernando Deputies Say

More charged are expected, Hernando deputies said.

SPRING HILL – Three people were arrested Wednesday (May 22) after deputies executed a search warrant at a Spring Hill home, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said.

Shane Woodruff, 37, of Spring Hill, was charged with one count each of Posession of Firearm by Felon, Possession of Ammunition by Felon, Trafficking in Methamphetamine with a Firearm, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Diazepam, Possession of Dilaudid, Possession of Alprazolam, and Possess / Use Drug Paraphernalia.

Alicia Noreck 34, of Spring Hill, was charged with one count each of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Diazepam, Possession of Dilaudid, Possession of Alprazolam, and Possess / Use Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies also served two arrest warrants on Noreck. Both warrants were for Failure to Appear.

Ricardo Garmendez, 44, of Spring Hill, was charged with one count each of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Amphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Additional warrants will likely be issued when several unknown substances found at the home are identified, deputies said.

Deputies said they got a search warrant for the home after receiving anonymous information about narcotic activity.

During the search, deputies said they found a 9mm rifle, 9mm ammunition, 325.1 grams of methamphetamine, 2.9 grams of cocaine, 4.1 grams of Amphetamine, 0.6 grams of Diazepam, 1.1 grams of Dilaudid, 4.0 grams of Alprazolam, and four patches of Buprenorphine Sublingual films.
