Weedon Island Preserve is seeking student rangers for a summer program.

ST. PETERSBURG – Weedon Island Preserve is offering high school students a chance to soak up environmental knowledge and earn Bright Futures scholarships this summer. The Ranger Naturalist Program runs from Thursday (June 11) through Aug. 7. The student volunteers will work 12 to 16 hours per week. They will be trained to help visitors to the preserve.
