LARGO – Pupils at Walsingham Elementary School raised $1,132.68 for the school’s Pennies for Puppies service project. The money will go to the SPCA of Tampa Bay, which is also in Largo.

Pupils from all grade levels participate in the fundraiser, which involves the collection of pennies. School families also donated food, treats, blankets, towels, and toys to comfort animals awaiting homes. SPCA representatives visited Walsingham Elementary to thank the school for its efforts.
