The Oaklefe Center has five buildings and 21 suites.

LARGO – The Oaklefe Center, a five-building, 41,772-square-foot flex industrial and office park in Largo, has sold for $2.14 million to Tampa Bay-based investment group Fifty Second, LLC.

Pat Marzulli, managing director of industrial services with Colliers International Tampa Bay, represented the seller in the transaction, Workman Properties. The seller is a private local investment and management firm that owns and operates about 2 million square feet of office and industrial space in Florida, North Carolina and Colorado.

The buyer owns and manages several other properties in the Tampa Bay market and is looking to expand its portfolio in the area.

The property consists of 21 suites ranging from 1,152 to 6,400 square feet. At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent occupied with tenants including The Event Hall banquet rental facility, Family Center on Deafness, Page Mechanical, Full Torque Fitness, Oakhurst Signs and Olivieri Plumbing. The five buildings in the park feature storefront glass, ample parking and rear drive-in loading doors.

Located in central Pinellas County, the property provides convenient access to Tampa Bay’s primary urban cores in Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa.

“There continues to be a strong interest in stable, income-producing assets in Tampa Bay from investors,” said Colliers’ Marzulli. “Oaklefe Center is a great fit for the buyer, which has the hands-on experience and attention to detail that is necessary to successfully manage this kind of property.”

Oaklefe Center is located at 6152 126th Ave. N and 12401 62nd St. N.
